How to delete your data

You can remove one connection or delete everything, whenever you want, without asking anyone's permission. Three steps, from the smallest to the largest.

  1. Disconnect a channel. Sign in to araldo, open Channels and press Disconnect on the card of the channel you want to remove — Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Google Ads. That channel's access keys are deleted immediately: from that moment araldo can no longer reach that account and publishes nothing there.
  2. Delete everything. Go to Settings, open the «Account» tab, then «Leaving araldo», and press Delete account: you type the name of your business and the deletion is scheduled 14 days later — until then you can undo it from the same page, and nothing goes out in the meantime. Then your account goes and, with it, the business you work on alone and what it contains: posts, offers, figures, connected channels. If somebody else works on that business, the business stays with whoever still works on it and your account goes at once: to make it go, first remove the other people from the People page, or write to [email protected] and we do it. The only copy left is the nightly safety copy, which deletes itself after 14 days.
  3. If you cannot manage it, write to [email protected] from the email address you signed up with, saying what you want deleted. We do it for you and answer within 30 days — within 7 days for the data that comes from YouTube, as Google's rules require.

You can also remove araldo from the channel itself, without coming here: on Facebook from Settings & privacy › Settings › Apps and websites; on Google from https://myaccount.google.com/permissions; on LinkedIn from Settings & Privacy › Data privacy › Permitted services; on TikTok from Settings and privacy › Security and permissions › Manage app permissions. When Facebook sends us the signed deletion request, we delete the Facebook connection and the Instagram born of it, and give you a confirmation code so you can check it was done; if you had already disconnected that Facebook inside araldo, the Instagram card stays and you remove it from Channels, or ask us to at [email protected].

What is left, and for how long

Nothing, except three things we say openly. The nightly safety copy holds a copy of the database for 14 days, then deletes it on its own. The invoices we issued to you stay in MUNDUS CODE UK LTD's accounting records, outside araldo, for as long as United Kingdom tax law requires us to keep them. A business somebody else also works on stays with them, with what it contains: step 2 above says how to make it go. Everything else goes with the deletion. The one who deletes, and the one who answers if you write, is MUNDUS CODE UK LTD, registered in England and Wales under number 16411896, with its registered office at 60 Tottenham Court Road, Suite 6033a, Fitzrovia, London, W1T 2EW, United Kingdom. The address to write to is [email protected].
